All of TransOne's key personnel has been part of the Transcription Industry for not less than four (4) years. Our Medical Transcriptionists have all been formally trained in duly accredited schools for MTs. Further, this ensures that all our transcriptionists are duly recognized by the AAMT.

As part of our credo, continuous training is part of our daily process. We strive to invest in training and technology on a continuous basis.

Every voice file sent is assigned to an MT who is much familiar with the type of medical report. Once transcriptions are completed by the assigned MT, this document is forwarded to a Senior Transcriptionist (Editor) where the document is checked against the original dictation. This ensures the highest possible quality output.

Among our primary investments are the extensive list of lexicons, medical dictionaries, and other references which are newly acquired and up-to-date.

Use of individual Doctor Templates within our system means that any doctor's specific requirement can be applied on an individual basis - whether this is formatting, reporting or any service issue.
